Welcome to bioactivenails.com. The bioactivenails.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Bioactive Nails LLC (“Bio Nails”). bioactivenails.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of bioactivenails.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy for your reference.
bioactivenails.com is an E-Commerce Site.
All current nail wraps and packaging are to be considered eco-friendly, animal friendly, cruelty free, vegan friendly, and biodegradable.
Bath Beads are plant based, not gelatin based.
All other products on the site that are sold are to be considered eco-friendly, animal friendly, and cruelty free. Vegan friendly is subject to change depending on the product ingredients. Majority of all ingredients are considered vegan friendly and gluten free unless noted otherwise.
Certain vendors as third party suppliers will also be contributing to Bioactive Nails E-commerce store. Each vendor will have it’s own link for you to check out. All products made from vendors will be labeled and packaged at their own discretion. Everything shall be labeled and properly packaged upon being sent out unless noted otherwise.

Packaging for parties, showers, and weddings will be talked about in a timely fashion. Depending on product needs, a month’s time is normally required – sometimes longer depending on the time of year and third party suppliers for items requested.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Refunds on Nails are allowed within 90 Days when ordered as long as they are not opened. If you have issues regarding wear and use or any other questions, please email at bioactivenails@gmail.com. If package is opened and not resealed properly, second and third uses may not be viable out of the wraps. I cannot refund you for anything opened and resealed. Resealing and storage is recommended after opened within a few hours of use or it may not be useable anymore. If your package is late due to certain circumstances that are out of my control, I will look into it, but that doesn’t mean you will get a refund. Anything else please reach out to us.
